Our Caregivers are trained specifically on ailments and illnesses that are common amongst seniors. For example, if your parent is coming home from hip replacement surgery, our Caregivers are trained on what to expect and how to assist them. For instance, after our Caregivers go through our rigorous training on hip replacement recovery, they know not to let their clients bend at the waist beyond 90 degrees.

Beginning Steps

CALL US - Once we’ve received your information, we will have a detailed phone call to collect more information on the care you need, answer all your questions, and schedule a meeting.

IN-HOME CARE ASSESSMENT- After answering all your questions, and ask some of our own to customize your Care Plan that fits your needs.
3.
START OF CARE -We will come with our Caregiver on the first day of care to go through the Care Plan together and help with introductions.
